Laurie Goral
Laurie has over ten years experience as a physical therapist caring for patients in nursing home settings. She owns a personal care business that provides in-home care for individuals with difficulties associated with advanced age, health conditions and disabilities. Laurie found that her clients' life could be made better by inventing and using equipment that would make their life easier.
Bright Wind was born out of Laurie's innovative spirit to provide products to help those in need. There are many times when commercially available equipment was inadequate or just did not exist. The passion at Bright Wind is to invent and provide products to help others.
Tom Goral
Tom Goral
Tom Goral is an engineer with a track record of product innovation and commercial production. Tom was most recently a Market Development Manager at SABIC Innovative Plastics. He led global teams of engineers, marketing and product development specialists to create polymer products that reduced weight, increased strength and saved cost. Tom has twenty-two years of professional experience.
Mike Zetouna
Mike Zetouna
Mike's life dramatically changed in 2006 after a spinal cord injury left him paralyzed from the chest down. Laurie met Mike while practicing physical therapy in a nursing home. They teamed up to find a way for Mike to live more independently in an apartment. Living with a severe physical disability is a major challenge everyday. Sometimes the simplest items or pieces of equipment can make a huge difference.
